We at Raw Catering are more than just a catering company, we are a team of skilled individuals who believe in the core value of feeding people nutritiously. We have highlighted areas in which we can assist through small changes that make a big difference and the industries in which we operate are the ones we have targeting to make this big impact. 

The company is located in the heart of the V&A Waterfront and our organization and service will ensure that any event catered by us will prove memorable. MEET THE DIRECTORS

Trent Devine

Managing Director

After qualifying in Food & Beverage Management, Trent Devine spent 7 years working for local corporate catering establishments, in 5 star international hotels and aboard super yachts working for the worlds elite. In 2015 he moved home and started Raw Catering Co (PTY) Ltd. and the Workshop17 Café where he specializes in revolutionizing the way people eat at work. His passion for healthy eating reflects visibly in his innovative menu ideas and company ethos.

Tyrone Kidney

Operations Director

Coming from a family of hoteliers, Tyrone has been involved in the hospitality industry from a young age. Tyrone went on to study at the International Hotel School qualifying in Hospitality Management. He then went on to complete a course with the renowned Cornell University in Revenue Management. With over 8 years experience in world class establishments worldwide, Tyrone has developed an eye for service excellence, this is practiced to the best of his ability as he promotes the high standards that are the building blocks of Raw Catering Co.
